Heavenly Nail Spa is hiring an experienced Front Desk Receptionist for our three locations:
San Mateo
Redwood City
Palo Alto
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Welcome and assist customers professionally
Coordinate technician rotation and assign customers to technicians
Provide excellent customer service
Recommend and sell salon services and products
Keep the front desk organized
Requirements:
Front desk, salon, or customer-service experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Friendly, professional, responsible, and organized
Able to work well with customers and salon technicians
Pay: $19 per hour
