• Greeting and directing visitors, clients, and vendors to the appropriate departments in a professional manner.
• Answering and screening incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages, and routing them efficiently.
• Managing corporate emails and responding to general inquiries promptly.
• Drafting official correspondence, reports, and internal memos with accurate English grammar.
• Scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms for management and teams.
• Handling incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and shipments while maintaining accurate log records.
• Monitoring office supplies and stationery inventory to coordinate regular replenishment.
• Maintaining digital filing systems and assisting with basic data entry tasks.
• Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times during the

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
