Front Desk Receptionist

Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a Front Desk Receptionist.

In this role you will (but not limited to):

The primary role of the position is to assist members & guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner that maintains high standards of service and hospitality.

• Professionally administers all incoming calls and ensure that calls are redirected accordingly

• Takes and relays messages

• Records reservations for daily dining, special events, meetings, guest rooms, etc.

• Greets guests in a professional, friendly, helpful manner.

• Answers questions and suggests menu items

• Performs clerical duties when necessary

• Enters miscellaneous charges through the POS system (snack bar chits, credit card sales, etc.)

• Types up daily lunch and/or dinner specials

• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Knowledge of ClubEssential POS system

• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional, courteous, and outgoing personality
