Front Desk Receptionist

welcomes clients, manages phone lines, and handles administrative support while maintaining strict client confidentiality.

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. You will manage daily front-office operations, coordinate internal communication, and assist partners and audit teams with basic administrative and compliance tasks

• Client Service: Greet visitors warmly, announce arrivals, and guide clients to the correct meeting rooms or team members.
• Communication Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and messages with professional etiquette.
• Document & Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and dispatch couriers, postal mail, and confidential tax or audit documents.
• Scheduling: Coordinate partner calendars, schedule client meetings, and prepare conference rooms.
• Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining front-office registers or visitor logs.
• Office Operations: Monitor and reorder office supplies, and coordinate with vendors or building maintenance.
• Compliance & Discretion: Protect sensitive financial data and maintain strict client confidentiality at all times

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
