Front Desk Receptionist

Pallidus Polyclinic is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements

Previous front desk experience in a UAE medical clinic is mandatory.

Experience in aesthetic dermatology and dental clinics is highly preferred.

Experience in UAE medical insurance, including eligibility checks, approvals and claims, is required.

Excellent communication and patient service skills.

Fluent in English; Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.

Experience with clinic management systems and appointment scheduling.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient appointments, registrations and inquiries.

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and patient follow-ups.

Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.

Manage insurance verification, approvals and claims.

Handle billing, payments and daily reconciliation.

Explain clinic services, packages and promotions.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Ensure a professional and welcoming patient experience.

Please note: Candidates without previous UAE clinic experience will not be considered

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai Healthcare City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
