FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST – HOTEL

Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, room rates, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
• Manage cash, billing, and payment procedures as required.
• Ensure the reception/front desk area is clean and well organized.
• Follow hotel standards, policies, and guest-service procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel/front-office experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software/PMS is an advantage.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.

Qualification: Any degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
