Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced, dependable and professional Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Clifton, NJ.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience working in a medical office is required
• Professional, courteous and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a busy medical-office environment
• Dependable, punctual and committed to excellent patient service
• A positive team player who works well with patients, providers and coworkers

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and manage front-desk activities
• Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify and update patient information
• Assist with patient registration, check-in and check-out
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Communicate professionally with patients, medical staff and outside offices
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Paid training will be provided in the eClinicalWorks EMR system.
