Front Desk Receptionist

Treeshade Hotel & Resort – Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City

TreeShade Hotel & Resort is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and other guest requests professionally.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, rates, and policies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest requests.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest and transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Perform other front office duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Coordinate and properly line up/assign therapists for spa guests based on the schedule and guest requests.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• With previous hotel, resort, or front office experience is preferred. OJT experience is accepted!
• Fresh graduates with good communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply.
• Pleasant and professional personality with good grooming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
• Computer literate and willing to learn hotel reservation/POS systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City.

Pay: From Php540.00 per day
