Job Description – Front Desk Executive

About the Role:

Skypool Fitness Studio is looking for a friendly, responsible, and professional Front Desk Executive to manage our reception and provide excellent customer service to our gym and swimming pool members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist members and visitors at the reception.

* Handle member enquiries, registrations, renewals, and follow-ups.

* Explain gym and swimming pool memberships, packages, and services.

* Manage calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and basic customer communication.

* Maintain member records and daily reception reports.

* Handle payments, receipts, and basic billing-related tasks.

* Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk.

* Follow up with potential customers and existing members.

* Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the fitness studio.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp and MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Presentable, punctual, and customer-friendly.

* Previous experience in a gym, fitness centre, hotel, reception, or customer service is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: ₹[15k to 25k] per month

Someone who is energetic, polite, organized, and comfortable interacting with customers while handling multiple front-desk responsibilities.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
