Duties

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

• Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies

• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Receive and distribute mail and packages

• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

• Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation

• Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution

• Checking eligibility, collecting payments, calling patients for appointment reminders and outstanding balance

• PA for medical procedures

• To be familiar with aesthetic services and upsell it.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using computerized systems and EMR
• Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Pay: $16.07 - $18.00 per hour
