Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression while efficiently managing check-in procedures
• Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is proofread for accuracy
• Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
• Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and supporting customer service efforts
