Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

Pain Treatment Institute is seeking a professional, reliable, and adaptable Front Desk Receptionist to support our Mesquite office location.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, provides excellent patient service, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Schedule established patients across multiple providers
• Manage and adjust appointments based on provider schedules
• Collect copays and other applicable payments
• Verify and update patient information
• Support providers and front office teams as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality
• Travel between assigned locations as needed
• Assist with additional administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous medical front desk or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel between Mesquite and Rockwall if needed
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
