The Front Desk Receptionist position is a crucial role at our company, one that calls for an individual who has excellent communication skills and loves engaging with a wide variety of people. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize different tasks appropriately. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first impression for many customers and must possess strong customer service skills to help maintain positive relationships with our guests.

Weekend shifts - looking to hire someone for Friday Day shift (9am - 3pm), Saturday & Sunday evening shifts (3pm - 9pm)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests.
• Greet guests and answer questions about the hotel and its services.
• Check in and out hotel patrons, making sure reservations are handled according to policies and procedures.
• Answer telephones and answer questions about rates, billing and other administrative matters.
• Provide information about special offers., review paperwork for accuracy.
• Resolve billing problems between the company and client., Coordinate with housekeeping to provide service when necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
