Full or Part Time experienced Medical Receptionist/Assistant needed for our fun, dynamic, & growing medical practice.

Responsibility

Job Type: Part-time

Duities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet incoming patients in a professional and timely manner
• Verify and update patient’s demographic, insurance, and medical information
• Collect patient’s co-payments and outstanding balances
• Answer multi-line telephone system with friendly caring tone
• Schedule appointments with accuracy and details
• Pull, review, and file patients’ medical records
• Fax, scan, and upload patient documents into Electronic Medical Records
• Assist in opening and closing facility in proper manner

Experience:

• 3 years medical receptionist
• Electronic Medical Records
• Insurance; referrals, prior authorizations, claims, collections
• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• Medical Receptionist: 3 years.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical Terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
