Front Desk Receptionist

At Metcore, our Front Desk Receptionist helps people feel welcome and keeps the everyday details of the office moving. You will be the first person many visitors and callers speak with, so your warmth and follow-through will make a difference.

What you will do

• Greet visitors and let their host know they have arrived.
• Answer calls, take clear messages, and connect people with the right colleague.
• Schedule appointments and keep meeting calendars accurate.
• Prepare meeting rooms and make sure guests know where to go.
• Help with deliveries, records, and the small office tasks that keep the day on track.

You would be a good fit if you enjoy meeting people, communicate clearly, and can stay calm when two things need your attention at once. You notice when someone is waiting for an answer, and you follow up. We can show you how our office works; what matters most is that you care about doing the job well.

What you can expect

• $18–$22 per hour, based on relevant experience.
• Full-time, on-site work: 35–40 hours a week, with some flexibility around office coverage.
• An inclusive, supportive team where you can ask questions and learn as you go.
