Starting Pay: $16/hr

Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday (9:15am - 2pm)

Location: Future Nails - 2304 S Harlem Ave, North Riverside, IL 60546

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Greet clients warmly as they arrive and make them feel welcome.

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our booking system.

• Provide information about our services.

• Manage client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments.

• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

• Handle client inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally.

• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, positive attitude, and a welcoming personality.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

• Basic computer skills for managing appointments and payments.

• Prior experience in customer service role is a plus but not required.
