Front Desk Receptionist

Our New Orleans office is growing, and we are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, giving visitors a warm welcome, and keeping track of the details when the phone gets busy, we would like to meet you.

What you will do

• Welcome visitors, handle check-ins, and let colleagues know when their guests arrive.
• Answer phone calls, respond to routine emails, and direct inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and keep the office calendar accurate.
• Take clear messages and follow up to make sure they reach the right person.
• Prepare meeting rooms and keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
• Help with mail, supplies, records, and other administrative tasks.

What we are looking for

You are friendly, organized, and comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone. You notice when someone needs help, stay calm when several things happen at once, and follow through on the small details. Previous receptionist or office experience is welcome, but we are also interested in people who are ready to learn.

Pay and benefits

• $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience
• 40 guaranteed paid hours each week, Monday through Friday
• Weekends off
• Up to $100 monthly bonus based on appointment accuracy and timely follow-up
• On-the-job training
