Front Desk Receptionist

We are excited to have you join our team! We are a state-of-the-art, medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology clinic. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced dermatologists, and assist with creating an exceptional visit for patients.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Greet and welcome patients
• Check in/ check out patients
• Verify insurance
• Organize and facilitate patient referrals
• Answer phone calls in a timely fashion
• Schedule appointments
• Collect copay, deductible, coinsurance, other fees
• Maintain lobby, waiting room, and clinic space cleanliness
• Responsible for opening and closing clinic
• Account for and restock cosmetics products

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• clinic working: 1 year (Preferred)
