About the Role

Wishluv Buildcon is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and business associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries.
• Handle front-desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
• Maintain basic records, documents, and office correspondence.
• Assist the sales and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Provide information about the company and its real estate projects.
• Handle emails, messages, and routine communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Previous receptionist, front-office, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
