Job Title: Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are a growing Hormone Clinic/Med-Spa located in Spring, Texas, looking for a professional, reliable, and welcoming Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and keeping our daily office operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Patient Coordinator: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, check them in/out, and handle phone calls.
• Scheduling: Manage the office calendar, using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to schedule patient appointments.
• Chart Management: Prepare daily office visit charts for scheduled patients and create new patient charts as needed.
• Medical Administration: Fax and call prescriptions to pharmacies and create lab slips for clients accurately.
• Inventory Control: Track and take regular inventory of medical supplies and supplements to ensure the office is always well-stocked.
• Office Support: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with general administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of front desk medical experience is preferred. Experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight loss, and Aesthetics is a big plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
• Skills: Computer literacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: High level of professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: Starting at $17.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience, with room for advancement
• Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical, Clinical, HRT or Med Spa: 2 years (Required)
• Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
