Front Desk Manager (Part-Time/Full Time)
Location: Brockport, NY
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Evening / Overnight)

We are seeking a responsible and dependable Front Desk Manager to join our team. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Front Desk Associate to manage front desk operations during evening and overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Check guests in and out professionally
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest needs
• Perform light cleaning of lobby and common areas
• Handle laundry (wash, dry, fold linens and towels)
• Monitor property during overnight hours
• Complete basic nightly reports and cash handling

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Able to lift up to 20–25 lbs as needed

This position requires someone responsible, calm under pressure, and able to work independently during night hours.
