Front Desk Receptionist

High-end nail spa located in West University, River Oaks and Memorial seeking Front Desk Coordinators. The candidates must enjoy working with people and solving problems, stay focused in a highly multitasking environment, and be reliable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly organized and focused
• Good interpersonal skills/High emotional intelligence
• Client service oriented
• Positive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel
• Prior experience working with booking software preferred
• Strong communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest check in/out
• Scheduling appointments over the phone/online/by email/social media
• Handling payments
• Inventory management
• Light cleaning
• Ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assisting clients before and after the services
