We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our TONI&GUY salon team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling calls, and ensuring a smooth and professional salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet clients professionally.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate stylist/service.
• Maintain client records and appointment schedules.
• Explain salon services, packages, and promotions to customers.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic cash/card transactions.
• Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and salon management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve basic customer queries.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and appointments efficiently.
• Previous experience in a salon, hotel, retail, or customer-service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of English and Telugu/Hindi is an advantage.

Salary: ₹ 15,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience.
