Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Role Details:

• Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Work arrangement: Fully on-site
• Pay: $23.78–$27.00 per hour
• Reporting to: Office Operations Manager

Office representation and coordination

• Manage visitor arrivals, confirm appointments, and contact the relevant host.
• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain visitor records and follow office access procedures.
• Coordinate meeting-room bookings and prepare spaces before appointments.
• Monitor reception emails and respond to routine office inquiries.
• Receive confidential correspondence, deliveries, and courier collections.
• Maintain a polished, orderly reception and client-waiting area.
• Provide administrative support with calendars, documents, and internal records.
