• Front Desk Receptionist – Full-Time
• Location: Integrative Healthcare Solutions – A Busy, Established and Growing Chiropractic Clinic in Jacksonville Beach, FL

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team! Our clinic provides an upbeat and fast-paced environment, perfect for a professional who thrives on multitasking and delivering excellent patient service.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:45 PM – 6:00 PM (approximately 40 hours/week)
• Tuesday afternoons off

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and process necessary paperwork
• Handle general administrative and office tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of customer service or patient relations experience
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
