Front Desk Receptionist – Veterinary Clinic

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Visa: Own Visa required

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our veterinary clinic team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients and their pets professionally.
• Handle appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries.
• Manage reception and daily front-desk operations.
• Prepare invoices, receive payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, groomers, and other clinic staff.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and treatments.
• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
• Help promote the clinic’s services and offers through social media.
• Create or assist with simple social media posts, stories, and promotions.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaking is required.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in a veterinary clinic, pet shop, or animal-related business is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic social media knowledge and ability to promote services.
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Must have own valid visa.
• Must be available to work in Ajman.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
