Front Desk / Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk / Receptionist to join our wellness & foot massage centre. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries, appointments, walk-ins, and bookings
• Explain available massage and wellness services, packages, promotions, and pricing to customers
• Assist customers with therapist/service selection based on their needs and availability
• Manage the front desk, customer registration, payment collection, and daily transactions
• Coordinate appointment schedules and communicate with therapists to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, bookings, and service arrangements when required
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving basic customer concerns professionally
• Promote relevant services, packages, membership plans, and promotions to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records

About you

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant front desk, customer service, retail, hospitality, beauty, spa, or wellness experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling walk-in enquiries
• Able to work in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team
• Willing to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Able to work until late night according to the assigned shift
• Candidates with sales or customer service experience will have an added advantage
