Front Desk Receptionist

Glow Med Spa is currently hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to work 30-40 hours per week at our beautiful spa locations!

We’re looking to fill positions at our location in Shortpump, Midlothian, and Northside location!

As the FACE and VOICE of Glow Med Spa, exceptional customer service, professionalism, and positive energy ON and OFF the phone are essential. This role is perfect for someone who’s friendly, fast-moving, and thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Greeting guests and ensuring they feel welcome and taken care of
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and appointment scheduling
• Processing payments and handling front desk transactions
• Keeping the lounge, bathrooms, and guest areas clean and well-stocked
• Supporting room flips, stocking, and overall spa readiness

A Few More Things to Know:

• You must be 100% reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease
• A professional appearance and phone voice are required
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Spa hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 10am–5pm (closed Sundays & holidays)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
