Front Desk Receptionist

Medical Center Pediatrics is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Staff Member to join our team.

Responsibilities include greeting patients and families, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and demographic information, maintaining patient records, processing documents and faxes, collecting payments, assisting with basic billing questions, and communicating with Physicians and clinical staff.

Ideal candidates will have:

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred
