Part-Time Receptionist

We’re seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized receptionist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help clients feel welcome and support the daily operations of our front desk.

Schedule

• Tuesdays: 4–8 p.m.
• Wednesdays: 4–8 p.m.
• One Saturday per month; hours discussed during the interview

Applicants must be available for the scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with check-in and checkout
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate booking information
• Process payments
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
• Communicate with team members to help appointments run smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfort using computers and learning scheduling software
• Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
