Front Desk Receptionist

Five Star Tennis is seeking Front Desk Receptionists to undertake all reception and clerical duties at the desk by our main entrance. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you are at the heart of everything happening at the Tennis Center and will report directly to the Member Services Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests as they enter the club, checking them in, and directing them to their destination.
• Collecting all appropriate fees, processing membership sales, and registering players for classes.
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, stocking restrooms/locker rooms with supplies, and ensuring viewing and gathering areas remain neat and inviting.
• Opening and/or closing the club as scheduled.
• Operating a POS system efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills.
• Perceptive, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with office programs such as Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Schedule & Benefits:

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
