Front Desk Receptionist

We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing pediatric dental team in Lakewood, CA.

We're looking for someone friendly, professional, organized, and energetic who can create a great first impression for every patient and family. We hold high standards for customer service, teamwork, communication, efficiency, and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• Dental office experience is required
• Front desk / receptionist experience in a dental setting strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to handle phones, scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow efficiently
• Willingness to assist in other areas of the office when needed
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus
