Front Desk Receptionist

Role & responsibilities:

• Welcoming and entertaining customers/visitors in a professional manner.
• Managing reception activities and front office operations.
• Coordinating housekeeping activities and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
• Monitoring and maintaining employee attendance records.
• Handling inward and outward courier/material movement and maintaining related records.
• Ensuring office discipline and proper coordination among departments.
• Taking care of the Demo Centre and ensuring it is well maintained.
• Monitoring office consumables and coordinating the purchase of required materials when necessary.
• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for administrative requirements.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and office management activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office , CRM focus and office administration.
• Proactive, disciplined, and customer-oriented approach.
