Front Desk Receptionist

Our office in High Point is currently looking for a permanent full-time BILINGUAL front desk employee. Dental experience is a plus but not necessary we will be willing to train the right candidate.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm. Must be able to work at least 1-2 Saturdays a month.

Duties:

• Answer phone calls/forward calls
• Greet patients as entering the building
• Answer patients’ questions
• Confirm appointments
• Verify dental insurance benefits
• Schedule appointments
• Check in/ check out
• Review treatment plans with patients
• Process payments
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform other front desk duties
