Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-organized, and customer-friendly Telesales & Receptionist to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors, generating sales leads, following up with customers, and supporting daily office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Welcome visitors, clients, and business partners at the reception.
• Generate sales leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Follow up with customer enquiries, quotations, and potential clients.
• Explain company services related to interior fit-out, renovation, and interior design.
• Schedule client meetings, appointments, and site visits.
• Respond to customer enquiries and direct calls to the relevant departments.
• Maintain customer records, appointment schedules, and follow-up reports.
• Manage basic reception and office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, reception, indoor sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or interior design is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle calls, visitors, and sales follow-ups efficiently.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred.
• Female candidates are Required.
