What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle online and phone reservations efficiently.
- Guide guests regarding payment options and verify payment details when required.
- Welcome guests, assist with registration, and allocate rooms.
- Collect and maintain accurate guest information and records.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for incoming guests.
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and relevant software.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A friendly attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
