Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking to fill a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant position in our Saginaw, MI office. This is one out of our 5 locations, so we need someone who is a self-starter, knows how to multitask, doesn't shy away from working with the public, and has great attention to detail.

**Training will take place in our Flint location for up to two months - hours will be adjusted to accommodate travel**

**Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:45am - 5:15pm (and possibly one "late-night" per week, and we will also consider part-time candidates).**

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering phones
• Routing calls to specific people
• Greeting customers
• Scheduling appointments
• Taking payments
• Data entry
• Assisting clients with various forms
• Making copies for clients & attorneys
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Previous office experience is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
