Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview

• Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues with resolutions
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Effectively manage center schedules
• Verification of patient insurance
• Assisting patients with filling out forms and answering their questions
• Notifying back office of patient arrivals
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Keeping the waiting and reception areas clean and inviting
• Complete other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to multitask in fast paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer and other office equipment
• Bilingual English/Spanish
