Front Desk Receptionist

• Manage day-to-day property operations.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries.
• Ensure rooms, dorms and common areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Conduct regular property rounds and monitor maintenance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other vendors.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy and room availability.
• Maintain inventory of linen, Beverages , toiletries and other supplies.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Support sales, bookings and occupancy improvement.
• Ensure Cocostay SOPs and service standards are followed.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
