Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Fronk Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced local pediatric dental office. We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and organized individual to join our team! As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming experience for our patients while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival
• Check out patients and schedule future appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Review treatment plans and consents with patients
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
• Assist with patient paperwork
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience
• Insurance verification

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn practice management software
• Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus, but not required
