About the Position

Merixcen is looking for a welcoming, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our New York team. The Receptionist will help create a positive first impression for visitors and support the smooth flow of daily activities within our professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide general information and assistance to visitors
• Direct visitors to the appropriate team member or area
• Support daily front-desk activities
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Assist with routine administrative and organizational tasks
• Coordinate basic visitor and appointment information
