Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, confident, and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional approach toward visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments or team members.
• Manage front-desk operations and maintain a professional reception area.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor schedules.
• Maintain visitor records and other basic administrative documentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and office administration teams.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Confident, polite, and professional personality.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
• Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or nearby areas are preferred.
