Front Desk Receptionist

• Responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, staff, and doctors
• Answer all patients inquiries, questions, and incoming calls in polite and friendly manner
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department
• Screening all patients in Triage Area
• Receiving patients in complete details (patient information and medical history)
• Processing HMO cards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any medical healthcare and allied courses
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service
• Good communications skills
• Able to multitask
• willing to work in Biñan City, Laguna
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
