Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a part time front desk receptionist for a chiropractic office. Hours are Monday- Thursday from 2:30 (3:00) to (6:00)6:30. I am looking for long term part time help. High school or college students with out afternoon commitments are encouraged to apply. Some tasks will be greeting patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments, insurance verification and billing.

Overview
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional friendly customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly, collecting copays and insurance verification.
• Manage the office calendar and appointments and help with care plans.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Maintain a tidy reception area

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to type accurately
