Bilingual Front Desk & Patient Coordinator – Medical Aesthetics

Location: Coral Gables, FL
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours. Schedule varies according to patient appointments and includes Saturdays.

About the Position

Bojanini Hair and Skin Experts is seeking a friendly, confident, and outgoing Bilingual Front Desk & Patient Coordinator to join our Coral Gables location.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, communicates comfortably in person and over the phone, and has a natural ability to explain services and help patients schedule the right treatments.

Most of our patients speak Spanish; however, professional communication in both Spanish and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience.
• Answer incoming calls, text messages, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients.
• Explain available services and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant treatments and services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Enter and update patient information in our CRM and scheduling systems.
• Use PatientNow and GoHighLevel to manage appointments, leads, and patient follow-ups.
• Support patient-acquisition activities within the medical center.
• Maintain an organized and professional front-desk area.
• Coordinate with providers and other team members regarding scheduling and patient needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate professionally in English.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Confident communicating by phone, text, and in person.
• Sales-oriented mindset without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Organized, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Previous experience in a medical office, dermatology practice, med spa, aesthetics center, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Experience with PatientNow or GoHighLevel is a plus, but training can be provided.

Compensation

• $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Potential performance-based commissions for qualifying patient-acquisition and appointment-booking activities.

Hours

This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on the patient schedule and the needs of the center. Saturday availability is required.
