Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and guest-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon. If you love creating great first impressions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy all things beauty—this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional presence
• Manage appointment scheduling (in person, phone, and online)
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle payments and retail transactions
• Support stylists by keeping the day running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and salon area
• Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, upbeat personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Experience in customer service (salon/spa experience is a plus!)
• Comfortable with computers and booking systems
• A team player who takes initiative

Schedule:
Full time position. Flexibility to work some evenings til 8pm and Saturdays til 5pm.
