What You'll Do

If you're the kind of person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and making people feel at home, you're going to love this.- The first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door- Answering calls, spreading good vibes, and helping folks get the care they need- Scheduling appointments like a pro (and maybe a little like a Tetris master)- Double-checking insurance and handling client check-ins & check-outs- Collecting co-pays and keeping things super organized- Helping out with general admin stuff-think filing, data entry, and mail- Keeping our front desk looking clean, professional, and welcoming

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

• A people-person who's upbeat, friendly, and cool under pressure- Great at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball- Detail-oriented and reliable (you love a good checklist!)- Familiar with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems- Bonus points if you've worked in physical therapy or the healthcare field before!*New to this space? No worries-we'll train the right person with the right attitude.
