Front Desk Receptionist

Hillside Wellness Center is a non profit mental health center located in the heart of Sherman Oaks, Ca. We provide quality & affordable psychotherapy and wellness services to the community. We are also a training center for MFT's and Psych Assistants from various universities.

We are looking for a motivated, professional, kind, and organized individual who is looking to work in a fun and professional environment with room for growth.

Day to day responsibilities are as follows:

• Managing staff

• Answering phones

• Scheduling patients

• opening and closing the center

• ensuring the center is properly organized and rooms are ready for use by therapists

• weekly staff meeting with CEO and clinical coordinator

• providing structure to the center for day to day operations

• taking payments on simple practice

• ensuring patient care is on par

and other duties TBD.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
