Front Desk Receptionist

Pay:  $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job description:

Busy law firm in Aventura is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring callers are promptly and professionally assisted.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Screening and routing calls to the appropriate attorney or staff member
• Taking accurate and detailed messages when necessary
• Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and notifying the appropriate staff member
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area
• Assisting the Intake Department with incoming prospective client calls and gathering basic information when needed
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, prospective clients, and other callers
• Performing other front desk-related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to manage multiple incoming calls and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when taking messages and documenting caller information
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous receptionist, customer service, call center, or law firm experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
