Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments
Collect outstanding account balances, or fees for missed appointments
Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Answer multi-line phone system
Assist with data entry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
